Due to the unknown status of Skippo and Castlewood Cup, Trail Series registration does not include registration to individual events. You do not need to register for the Trail Series to be eligible for the competition.
Events #2, 3, and 4
Points are calculated based on a % of best finish time for overall male and overall female (for example, overall male’s time / your time x 300 points) AND based on a % of best finish time for age division (overall age division time / your time x 200 points).
Example: The overall male finisher in the Flint Ridge 10 mile wins 300 points for gender overall win + 200 points for age division win = a total of 500 points. Your points would be gender winner time / your time X 300 points + age division winner time / your time x 200 points.
(Tip: if you are working with different increments of time like hours, minutes and seconds, make sure you convert them all to smallest increment of time before doing your calculations, for example, a finish time of 50:16 would be 3,016 seconds)
