If you would like to transfer your entry to another person, you can do so by filling out the form HERE and bringing it to Pre-Race Packet Pickup only – NO race day transfers are accepted. The cost is $5 (cash or check only) and can ONLY be taken care of at packet pick-up. No calls or emails please regarding transfers.
Trail races are inherently challenging to produce because we must adhere to park regulations, conservation of the trails, and focus all efforts on ensuring a quality event for all participants. As a result, we cannot process refunds or deferrals. If you’re unable to participate after registering then you may transfer your entry to another participant that you have found. Please refer to the Race Entry Transfer policy above. Thank you for your understanding.
