Race Cancellations, Deferrals and Refunds:

Trail races are inherently challenging to produce because we must adhere to park regulations, conservation of the trails, and focus all efforts on ensuring a quality event for all participants. Since the vast majority of race costs are incurred prior to a race and are non-refundable, we do not issue refunds for races.

In the event that you are unable to participate in one of our races, you have three options, listed below. Please note that a $10 fee applies to all options and must be requested two weeks prior to race day.

1. Defer your entry to the same race in the following year. Must be done no later than four weeks before the original event date. CLICK HERE
2. Transfer your entry to another runner. This can be done up until the start time on race day. CLICK HERE
3. Transfer your entry to another Big River Trail Series event with open registration. CLICK HERE

You can complete all of these task via RunSignUp. Click the link next to each item to learn more. Please note that in most cases there are fees associated with these changes.
