Trail races are inherently challenging to produce because we must adhere to park regulations, conservation of the trails, and focus all efforts on ensuring a quality event for all participants. As a result, we cannot process refunds or deferrals for any of our races if we are less than 30 days out. If you’re unable to participate after registering then you may transfer your entry to another participant that you have found. Please refer to the Race Entry Transfer policy. Park requirements limit the number of athletes at Castlewood State Park. Due to the popularity of Castlewood Cup and The Skippo, the event reaches capacity very quickly. Register as part of the Trail Series to guarantee your slot! Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
There will be no waitlists for any of the Trail Series events. We recommend that you register early in order to secure your spot!
